About Us

Imagination Inc. is a production company serving a wide range of markets including: Fabrications (Props/Models, Characters/Masks, Signage, Sculptures, Custom Picture Frames, Woodworking); Exhibits/Displays (Museum Exhibits, Mall/Business Displays, Point-of-Purchase Displays); Carpentry (Framing, Deck Construction, Fence Construction, Tree/Playhouse construction); Arts and Crafts (Paintings: Portrait, Landscapes, Still Life, Abstracts, Murals and reproductions of the same; Custom Crocheting: Hats and Handbags). Photo/Video Editing (Photo Editing/Restoration, Tape to DVD Transfers).

Imagination Inc.’s staff has experience in all of the aforementioned areas.

Rob Gunderson is the President and founder of Imagination Inc. He graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in Industrial Design Technology. His studies included advanced special effects, make-up, movie miniature sets, models and animation, animated special effects fabrication, prosthetics, bionics, props, robotics, prototyping, puppet making, and ergonomic/aerodynamics.

Rob's employment history includes working at Paramount Parks and Studio Displays in Charlotte, NC. At Paramount Parks, Rob was in charge of daily operations of the Character Shop and supervision of personnel. He was in charge of the daily operations of the Paint Department and a supervisor of department personnel while working for Studio Displays. For Studio Displays, Rob designed and produced original sets, exhibits, models, props, signage, and sculptures for TV and commercial applications, professional sports organizations, corporate trade show exhibit booths, museums, universities, state parks, theme parks, as well as Christmas and Easter displays for shopping malls. You will see by viewing some of his work samples on this site that he is an exceptionally creative, talented and capable graphic artist, sculptor, painter, designer, fabricator, and builder.

Sara Gunderson graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with an emphasis in painting from the University of Montana in Missoula. She has had exhibitions at the Sandpiper Gallery in Polson, MT, The Gallery of Fine Arts in Missoula, MT, and the Art Forms Gallery in Polson. Sara’s commissioned works include a wide range of paintings, some of which are included as samples on this site. She also crochets unique hats and one-of-a-kind handbags.

A.J. Fyant has 8 years of experience as a carpenter, framer, and woodworker. His woodworking includes custom picture frames and furniture pieces. A.J. and Rob have worked side-by-side on a number of construction projects. They have built new homes and remodeled older homes as framers for Gunlock Construction in Polson and Ben Barker Construction in Polson. Their construction work also includes fences and decks.

Bob Gunderson has 37 years experience as a classroom teacher. He has a B.S. in Math Degree from Montana State University in Bozeman, and a Masters in Educational Computing Degree from Eastern Montana College in Billings. He was selected as the Montana Technology Teacher of the Year in 2002 and was the National Technology Teacher of the Year runner-up in 2003. He specializes in photo editing and restoration, video editing, dvd production, and website development.
